The purpose of this page is to list crimes as examples to show what God, through His holy Commandments, says should be just punishment for such crimes. This is really none other than a practical application of the penalties of TEN COMMANDMENTS to the crimes of man in a corporeal society. The list is composed of hypotheticals and reports of real cases from various sources. The names and status of the people who committed the crimes are not withheld if they are included in the reports or if hypotheticals are applied to any person. Some of the cases may not be regarded as crimes by local, state, federal or international law, but are nevertheless crimes in the sight of God. They should be regarded as crimes by every sane mind and sane government. None of the verdicts presented should be regarded as harsh, but should be viewed as pure justice.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our purpose here is not to seek to induce anyone to take the law in their own hands and inflict said punishments on anyone themselves. It is merely an attempt to show the type of punishments God require government to inflict upon any and all of its citizens who do what is evil in God's sight. Its an attemp to maintain a sense of real justice in the society and to reveal not only the failures, but also the corruption of America's justice system.
CASE: "A robber set fire to a 71-year-old woman in southeast Washington who refused to give money, causing a blaze that gutted three homes and left 14 people homeless, police said Tuesday. The suspect, described as a woman in her later 20s, doused the elderly woman with a flammable liquid on Saturday night in an upstairs bedroom and ignited it. The fire spread to the two adjoining houses. The victim was listed in serious condition in a Washington hospital, being treated for severe burns. The Washington Post said the fire left at least nine adults and five children homeless. The robber took $30, it said. The police gave a detailed description of the suspect but declined to release her name or the victim's name." InfoBeat News 12/24/97
VERDICT: The robber should be doused with a flammable liquid and set fire. If she has any property, it should also be burned. If her victim dies, she should also be put to death. No mercy should be shown to her.
CASE: "In a rampage that has become frighteningly familiar, a student suspended for having a gun allegedly returned Thursday and opened fire on a crowded school cafeteria, killing a classmate and critically wounding several others. Two bodies believed to be those of his parents were later found in his home just north of Springfield. Shots rang out about 8 a.m. in the Thurston High School cafeteria, where up to 400 people were milling around before class. Witnesses said the 15-year-old suspect, dressed in a trench coat, ran through the cafeteria firing his rifle from the hip. "He just mowed 'em down," said a student. Around the gunman bullets shattered the plate-glass windows and terrified students ran for cover and dived under tables, but the boy remained calm as the staccato gunfire was reduced to the click, click of empty chambers. One of those misfires came with the barrel point-blank at a student's head. Finally, as he was trying to reload, 17-year-old wrestler Jake Ryker,! despite gunshot wounds to his hand and chest, tackled the boy. Several others quickly piled on to end the terror. Police identified the suspect as Kipland P. Kinkel. After he was arrested, police said they followed up on his suggestion to check his house. They found the bodies of a man and a woman. Sheriff Jan Clements refused to confirm they were the parents of the boy, but said "There is no reason to believe they are not." InfoBeat News 5/22/98

Orville Lynn Majors, 36, was taken into custody and brought to Terre Haute from his home in nearby Linton. Majors' license as a practical nurse was revoked by the state in 1995 amid suspicions that he was present in the critical care ward of Vermillion County Hospital when dozens of mostly elderly patients died. Authorities investigated more than 160 deaths at the hospital that occurred between 1993 and March 1995 and exhumed 15 bodies for autopsy." Infobeat News 12/30/97
CASE: "Court Rules On Assisted Suicide A federal appeals court has dismissed a challenge to a controversial Oregon law allowing terminally ill patients to commit suicide with a doctor's help. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that challengers of the law failed to show an immediate threat of harm to patients and lacked legal standing to bring the case. The three circuit judges questioned whether Janet Elsner, the only patient surviving among the original challengers, wants to go on living. She suffers from a progressive form of muscular dystrophy and depression. Passed in 1994, the hotly debated law amends the state constitution to specifically permit doctor-assisted suicide. The law never took effect because several doctors, patients and caregivers challenged it, claiming that it would pressure terminal patients into committing suicide. In 1995, a federal district judge ruled the law was unconstitutional on the grounds that it discriminated against the terminally ill." From Third Age March 4, 1997 News Archive. Note: any judge that rules in favor of assisted suicide rightly deserves the penalty of death by the hands of the government. The reason being, many will be murdered as a result of their ruling.
